Please welcome Loren Klein to the Pride Center team!  Loren is the Coordinator of Transgender and Non-Binary Programs & Services.  He will be working with us to meet the needs of our growing communities. According to a June 2016 report by The Williams Institute, approximately 0.6 percent of U.S. adults identify as Transgender. That may seem like a tiny percentage, but that translates to 1.4 million Americans who deserve to feel safe and respected within their communities and to have the ability to exercise their full civil rights. The Pride Center will be expanding our Trans & NB programming to include special events and additional support/social groups.  To reach Loren directly, you can email him at loren@rocklandpridecenter.org. (Did you know the Pride Center currently offers a monthly Transgender and Non-Binary support group? We do! Talking About Gender (TaG) support group meets the second Wednesday of the month, 7:30-9pm at the Nyack Center.  For more information about the TaG group, please email Diana Wilkins.)
